Pandorato is a plain version of panettone, made without candied fruit or sultanas. Traditionally eaten in Italy at Christmas, the sweet cakes can be served alone or as part of a bigger dessert.
IB Foods has added a 900g pandorato to its range and describes it as light and soft in texture with a rich flavour.
Also available is a selection of the Gilber Artisan Panettones, which rise naturally over a 48-hour period with no added chemical yeast.
The Classic Panettone is available in 5kg, 1kg, 500g and 100g sizes, while the hand-wrapped 100g Mignon Panettone is available in an individual carton.
