Easy-to-prepare individual meals in the form of sous-vide products are in the new Product Guide from 3G Food Service & Seafood Solutions.

Those suitable for Christmas menus are Cumberland, Cranberry & Orange Meatballs (5 x 45g) made with pork meatballs in a sweet cranberry and red-onion gravy, and Lamb Henry in Port & Cranberry Gravy made with slow-cooked New Zealand lamb shoulder.

For a more traditional main course, the range offers Roast Turkey Slices with Sausage, Sage & Onion Stuffing made with two thick slices of turkey and cranberry gravy.
