Christopher Delmotte individual portion frozen desserts are available in 21 varieties, ranging from a 190g Tarte Tatin to a 90g Antillais Caramel Banane, a mix of banana and caramel mousses on top of a macaroon biscuit.

Carré Magique is a combination of white and dark chocolate mousses in a chocolate shell while Truffé Chocolat is a bitter chocolate mousse lightly dusted with cocoa powder. Both weigh 90g. They can be stored for up to 18 months in the freezer and are ready to serve after two to three hours in the fridge.

Schöller also offers Fischer individual ice-cream desserts including a fruit-based collection. Mango Givrée (100ml) is a sorbet served in the skin of a papaya fruit, and Passion Royale (125ml) comprises a marbled passion fruit sorbet topped with a mandarin.

The Parfait Caramel (135ml) consists of caramel sauce and ice-cream covered in milk chocolate, and the Tartufo (165ml) is chocolate ice-cream in a cocoa powder and caramelised hazelnut coating.
