Clarence Court ensures NHS goes to work on an egg

Wiltshire-based free-range egg producer Clarence Court has donated more than 5,000 eggs to staff at Wiltshire community hospitals and Great Western Hospital in Swindon as part of the effort to fight the Covid-19 crisis.

Owner and chief executive Adrian Gott (pictured below) delivered the eggs to show his appreciation and gratitude to the NHS healthcare professionals working tirelessly to help save lives.

"Having recovered from Covid-19, I know the effects of this virus first-hand," said Gott. "Although I was lucky not to be hospitalised, I have been humbled by the dedication and courage shown by these brave individuals."

"We hope our fabulous eggs will give all the staff a little energy boost to help them through these difficult times."

The NHS staff were delighted to receive the eggs and thanked Clarence Court for their support. "Fresh eggs are like the crown jewels at the moment, so we couldn't be happier."
