Classic Vinaigrette from Farrington Oils

Inspired by the desire to develop a British take on French salad dressings, Farrington Oils has added a Classic Vinaigrette to its range of cold-pressed rapeseed oil products.

The company's Mellow Yellow rapeseed oil makes a base for this sharp, tangy product that also contains Aspall's white wine vinegar and a combination of herbs and spices. It has half the fat of olive oil, 6g of omega-3 per 100g and is free from unnecessary additives.

The Mellow Yellow rapeseed oil is grown, pressed and bottled at the family farm in Northamptonshire to Leaf marque (Linking Environment and Farming) standards, and the range also includes a Blackberry Vinegar Dressing, plus Honey and Mustard Dressing.

The dressings are supplied in 250ml bottles and the rapeseed oil is sold in 500ml, five-litre and 20-litre volumes.
