Handmade Coconut Palm Sugar and Bali Beach Pyramid Sea Salt Crystals are just two of a variety of exotic salts and sugars from Speciality Farm Foods, which supplies a host of ingredients from around the world.

The Handmade Coconut Palm Sugar can be used in place of brown and white sugar in most recipes and is made from the sap or nectar of various palms.

Indonesian Palm Sugar is made from the flowers of coconut palms and is infused with cinnamon, fresh ginger or Mexican vanilla. It is described as golden brown granulated sugar with a light caramel flavour.

The salts include Bali Beach Pyramid Sea Salt Crystals, described as sparkling, delicate, hollow pyramid-shaped crystals made with handmade Pacific sea salt from Indonesia, which produces a zesty sensation on the tongue.

Bali Beach Sea Salt Flowers are crunchy crystals made from Pacific sea salt. Indonesia Bali Beach Sea Salt Velvet is ground crystals of the same sea salt. Tibetan Pink Himalayan Crystal Salt Cubes contain 85 different minerals and have a sharp taste while Tibetan Halite Salt Crystals is described as a pure salt with a delicate flavour.

All products are supplied in 3kg tubs and 1.5kg refill paper bags are also available.
