Compact Ital blast chillers from Apuro
The Ital range of compact blast chillers from Apuro is ideal for caterers who have been deterred in the past by the bulk and cost of conventional models. The line-up has now been expanded to four units, all constructed from stainless steel.
Models range in size from the 29-litre, 650W Lampo (whose dimensions of 400mm high x 620mm wide x 600mm deep allow it to be tucked under a counter) to the 282-litre, 3,400W Cervino 14, which measures 1,900mm high x 740mm wide x 750mm deep and will take 14 shelves.
In between these extremes are the 92-litre, 1,060W Cervino 5 and the 206-litre, 1,775W Cervino 10, which accommodate five and 10 shelves respectively.
Prices range from £2,139 for the Lampo to between £2,689 and £6,779 for the Cervino series.
