Compact units for busy sites

New from E&R Moffat is the Cook-X6 range of gastronorm-compatible counter-top modular cooking units designed for operators of busy sites with heavy workloads which still require compact equipment.

The units include deep-fat fryers, bains-marie, boiling tops, hot tops, pasta boilers, griddles, grills and food merchandisers, designed around the standard gastronorm 1/1 size and available as both gas- (natural or LPG) and electric-powered models.
