Details The CONVOChill's rapid cooling allows food temperatures to decrease quickly, from 90°C to 3°C. This results in retained freshness, succulence and texture, even when stored for months.

Example Vegetables can be produced to exacting standards, boiled, steamed, fried, baked or roasted, before being rapidly chilled. When ready to be served, a simple flash fry or bake in the combi-oven and they are back to their best.
