Cooking wines from Gourmet Classic

Gourmet Classic Cabernet Sauvignon and dry Chardonnay cooking wines come in nine-litre bags in boxes and have an abv of below 5%, which effectively excludes them from duty and VAT costs.
The wines have a shelf life of two years from packing and six weeks from opening.
Gourmet Classic also offers cooking spirits in three-litre boxes, including Portuguese port and Madeira, Italian Marsala, and brandy for flambé cooking. With the exception of the brandy, these wines are also below 5% abv.
