Cooktek hot dish monitor from MCS

By allowing continuous two-way wireless communication of temperature data between chafing dish and induction surface, the Cooktek hot buffet system is claimed to offer more consistent holding of temperature-sensitive cooked breakfast items.

The system comprises induction surfaces that can be dropped into any countertop or servery and uses SmarTag technology based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification).

Temperature information is displayed on LCD screens. Specific holding temperatures can be set for individual induction stations, adjustable by sliding a finger across the capacitive touch controls. Specially designed chafing dishes are available in a range of sizes.
