Cornish pasties with a British twist from Crantock Bakery

Bangers & Mash and Roast Chicken are among four seasonal specials to join the Cornish pasty line-up at Newquay-based Crantock Bakery.
Using locally sourced Cornish ingredients when possible, the new pasties celebrate Britain's favourite dishes.
Bangers & Mash combines herby Cornish sausages, onion gravy and mashed potato. The other Best of British pasties are Chicken Tikka (chicken and potato in a tikka masala sauce), Bacon & Brie (smoked bacon, potato and brie) and Roast Chicken (roast chicken, stuffing, swede, potato, peas, carrots and gravy).
The specials are available from September to the end of December. Each flavour is sold in cases of 36 x 250g pasties, with a list price of £35.64 per case.
