Countering solutions from E&R Moffat include bespoke designer models; Focus table-top serveries; the Versitop range of bains-marie, hot tops and chilled units that can be converted into burger stations or chip dumps, and off-the-shelf Focus and Versicarte mobile units.

Focus mobiles include four models of dry heat bains-marie display units and four hot cupboard display units, all using energy-efficient force-air heating and recirculation to provide fast heat-up times, even heat distribution, and quick heat recovery. They all have a Spritzer finish, lift-off stainless-steel sliding doors and rodded shelves.

The flexible Versicarte Plus line of food servery trolleys has been developed in conjunction with school meals organisations and include low-level versions for use with younger children.

The fan-assisted heated, refrigerated and ambient units - which include a new salad bar - can be used as stand-alone cabinets that can be wheeled away after use or butted together to form straight or angular service counters.

The variety of models and accessories allows them to be adapted to suit changing menus, while the adjustable glass screens can switch the trolleys' use from self-service to assisted service.

Changeable fascia panels add flexibility, with a wide range of colours and finishes available along with metallic, wood and natural textures on request.

Other options include wall unit displays with ambient undershelves, cash-till units and corner sections.
