Counter-Serve dishes from Churchill China

Counter-Serve is a line of super-vitrified white dishes and casseroles with large flat bases that slot neatly together to cover some 99.6% of hot or cold counter displays.
The design won the Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware section in the 2008 Caterer and Hotelkeeper Equipment and Supplies Excellence Awards.
It prevents heat loss from uncovered surfaces, keeps food hot and looks better than mismatched pieces.
The square and rectangular pieces - which range from a 5in rectangular baking dish to a two-litre rectangular casserole - are dishwasher-safe and resistant to chips and breakage. Prices range from £12 to £16 per item.
