The new line of sustainably sourced luxury fish cakes by Country Range reflects growing interest in this retro favourite, which works well both as a main meal and as a starter with dips, salsas or crème fraîche.
Made from whole pieces of fish and seafood, the gourmet recipes include Thai Cod & Prawn, Smoked Haddock, and Salmon & Dill, which are sold in cases of 24 x 114g.
They have been launched alongside a more traditional line of fish cakes made from white fish available in three sizes to suit adults and children - 60 x 50g, 30 x 85g, and 30 x 113g.
