Craft Guild of Chefs announce line-up for Speciality Fine Food Fair
The line-up for the 2014 live Skillery run by the Craft Guild of Chefs at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair has been unveiled.
Celebrity chef Ben Bartlett, dubbed ‘BBQ Ben' will demonstrate innovative new flavours using under-utilised sustainable British fish and Allister Bishop will offer visitors an ‘Insight into luxury retail and hospitality' with his knowledge of 28 restaurants and four food halls in the Harrods store.
Rob Kennedy, executive chef at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst will demonstrate the art of the Str.eat Party - good looking bowl food and snacks to share with family and friends.
While, Craft Guild of Chefs chairman, Christopher Basten will take to the stage representing the industry's leading skills and training organisation the Craft Guild of Chefs as it prepares to celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2015.
The Speciality and Fine Food Fair 2014 takes place from 7-9 September at London's Olympia.
