Three new crispy breadcrumb-coated chicken products from Brakes can be teamed with dips, salads or main meals as a summer snack. The Brakes Breaded Chicken Chunks - fully cooked, whole-muscle chicken that can be deep-fried or oven-baked from frozen - come in frozen 2kg packs of about 100 pieces. The spicier Brakes Southern Fried Chicken Fillets will fry in five to seven minutes or oven-cook from frozen in 12-14 minutes and sell in 24 x 100g packs.
Meeting the new school nutrition standards, the Brakes Healthier Choices Breaded Chicken Portions are whole-muscle fillets with reduced fat and sodium levels and a non-fried breadcrumb coating, and are supplied in 40 x 75g packs.
