The Crown Verity range of professional barbecues is billed as a "complete outdoor cooking system" that will allow caterers to harness convection, steaming, roasting, frying, smoking and grilling to cope with outside events of all types and sizes. Made from heavy-duty 300 series stainless steel and powered by Calor gas bottles, the barbecues are sold ready-assembled in starter packs (including 30in, 36in, 48in, 60in and 72in sizes) with a dome lid, bun rack, and side shelf. A wide range of add-ons include roll domes (which allow the grill to fire up quickly to pre-heat temperatures in seven minutes), wind guards, griddle plates, rôtisseries, woks, mobile refrigerated bolt-ons and stainless steel benches. The grills offer large cooking surfaces and come with removable water pans with drain valves.
