Custom-made cooking suites from MKN – Hotelympia

German supplier MKN will be unveiling its new KüchenMeister cooking suite, which combines any of MKN's professional cooking units and energy systems under a continuous, seamless 3mm-thick top plate with a 270mm-high casing that carries the controls.

The system is individually designed to the customer's requirements and can be wall-mounted, freestanding, in island installations or bridged on installation cabinets.

There are three mix-and-match designs of chrome nickel steel bases - an open frame base, a cantilevered option, or an enclosed base with understructures that can be fitted with hinged or sliding doors and equipped with a range of facilities including ovens, gastronorm slides and heating - along with three plinth designs.

The custom-built suites can be fitted with electric, gas and induction appliances and feature removable control panels for easy access.
