USP Brewed in Hainaut, Belgium following brewing principles and techniques dating back more than 900 years. Daas is the only Belgian craft beer to carry the UK Soil Association Organic certification and the Belgian Certisys Organic certification.

Details The beers are top-fermented bottle-conditioned beers, meaning they undergo a second fermentation in the bottle which contributes to the overall quality and flavour and ensures that the liquid remains stable for longer than a pasteurised beer. The beers pair very well with food.

Range Daas Organic Ambre (6.5% abv), a traditional rich and complex Belgian Ambre ale; Daas Organic Blond (6.5% abv), an authentic strong Belgium beer; and Daas Organic Witte (5.0% abv), a naturally cloudy Belgian wheat beer.

Suitability The beers are suitable for vegetarian and vegan drinkers and both Blond and Ambre will soon be gluten-free.
