Roselle Supreme is a cream substitute from Lakeland Dairies company Pritchitts that has been slightly sweetened for use in desserts such as tiramisù.

A blend of skimmed milk and vegetable fat, Roselle Supreme is designed for whipping and pouring. It is claimed to whip up to three times its volume (50% more than dairy cream) and to be more stable than traditional cream. Caterers do not need to chill the cream beforehand, as it is promoted as the only product on the market that will whip directly from ambient temperatures.

Millac Gold, a long-life dairy alternative from Pritchitts that is said to taste as good as fresh cream, can be used for all types of cooking as it will reduce in the same way but not split in sauces. Both are sold in 12 x one-litre packs.
