USP The icemaker offers an exceptionally low water consumption - requiring just 2.5 litres of water to produce 1kg of ice - despite flushing away excess water at the end of each freezing cycle to maintain the purity of the ice. It is aimed at large-scale operators such as fast-food outlets, hotels, bars and discos.

Details The DCiM140 is made from food-safe stainless steel with a rounded design and ultra-smooth surfaces to discourage the build-up of limescale. The vertical evaporator produces an ice sheet that breaks into single cubes when dropped into the bin.

Features Automatic cleaning and rinsing program, slide-in removable water tank, removable pump, front access to electrical and electronic components.

Storage The optional B100 storage bin holds up to 100kg of cubed ice
