Delfield self-service merchandisers from Enodis

Delfield has introduced the latest airflow technology to its new range of 900mm and 1,300mm self-service merchandiser units.

Using a patented Impinged Air Distribution system, the air circulates through the shelf posts to the unique hollow shelves where it is then evenly spread on to the product below.

As the air naturally flows down from the shelf above it gives complete cooling across the full area of the shelf, which leads to increased display capacity as even products at the front of the cabinet stay chilled.

The complete refrigeration system is contained in one easily removable cassette for ease of servicing and maintenance, and shelf positions are simple to change.

Integral lighting from high-efficiency LED lights within the shelves illuminate the products on display and reduce heat to the cabinet, lowering power consumption and ultimately increasing the life span of the unit.
