Delice de France are set to launch their Customer Innovation Centre in London's Covent Garden this Friday, providing state-of-the-art chef-to-chef facilities and a centre of training for driving innovation and food solutions for hospitality businesses and customers.
Following a successful launch of the Coup de Pates range last October, and a new 2014 summer catalogue the Delice de France Innovation Centre will allow customers to touch, taste and feel the products and most importantly create bespoke recipes in addition to training, learning and development programmes from expert chefs in baking, food service and presentation.
