Delifrance ]( devised a recipe book to help caterers refresh their panini menus and make the most of the group's relaunched and expanded range of Provencette panini breads.

The ready-made menu matches key food trends to the new line of reduced salt, bar-marked and seeded breads. It offers caterers added-value, profitable and easy-to-serve solutions at varying levels of convenience.

"The menu can be used all year round with seasonal suggestions such as our summer time beef burger Pan Bagnat which will be great for outdoor dining or a Christmas turkey, brie and cranberry recipe which is complemented by our Sesame and Nigella Panini," said recipe developer and senior bakery technologist Rob Scharf.
