Denny's opens fitting centre in London
Corporate clothing supplier Denny's has opened a fitting centre in the City of London to offer a professional measuring service for employee uniforms.
The fitting centre will carry a wide range of tailored suits in stock to enable customers to walk in and find on the shelf availability, helping businesses to kit out staff quickly, at short notice and cost effectively. Denny's staff can also advise on the most suitable materials and styles for different situations and will carry out any necessary adjustments on site.
Nick Jubert, managing director of Denny's, says: "As we believe it's vital that staff try their uniform on and get the correct fit, we decided to go one step further and rather than just open a new shop in the area, open a fitting centre. It's important for staff to feel comfortable in their clothing and for many, knowing that they have had a hand in choosing it, often means better care of garments and even a longer lifetime."
Denny's has been a chef's wear and front of house supplier for over 150 years and supplies The Ritz, Hilton Hotels, Gordon Ramsay restaurants, Pont's, Searcy's, Chester Boyd, Fullers Pubs, Youngs Pubs, among others. Its range includes all hospitality and food service uniform requirements for the hotel and catering sector including Brook Taverner suits and the Le Chef brand of chef's wear in addition to shirts, blouses, shoes and aprons.
The centre can be found at 3 Watling Court, Watling Street, London, (tel.0207 489 8189) and is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5pm.
