Devon creams from Coombe Castle International

The Devon clotted cream produced by the Devon Cream Company and marketed by its Wiltshire-based sister company, Coombe Castle International, made a splash this year at both Wimbledon and the Scottish Open Golf Tournament, where its 28g jars and 1kg catering trays were used for cream teas.
The two companies, which support 10 Devonshire farms, were set up 25 years ago to produce and export extended-life double Devon and Devon clotted creams. The range has expanded to include dessert toppings such as Strawberry Delight and flavoured varieties, including clotted cream with brandy.
