The desserts are prepared by adding fresh milk and/or cream, producing an authentic colour, texture and flavour and enabling chefs to "make fresh on site" every day. The "dehydrated" format means all the products in the range boast a long shelf life and are ambient, even once opened, therefore reducing wastage.
