Drop-in display units from E&R Moffat
Designed to fit readily into new or existing food service counters, drop-in display units from E&R Moffat are now made in four versions. Multi-tier refrigerated units have three adjustable chilled glass shelves with a curtain of cold air cascading downwards from the top to maintain 2-8°C throughout the cabinet. There is rear access for easy loading via sliding double-glazed doors.
Drop-in refrigerated wells have an illuminated overhead gantry and a recirculating cold-air system, while a deli version has a glass shelf and toughened-glass front screen and end panels for all-round viewing. Recirculating cold air maintains 2-8°C. A drop-in heated deli display has built-in Thermo-panel elements which can be set to 75-110°C, with a toughened glass casing over the heated surface.
