Dual-Temperature Chillers from Valera

Four new dual-temperature chillers from Valera each contain a separate specialised compartment for fish or frozen foods that operates independently of the main general-purpose cabinet, with its own refrigeration system and controller. The compact AGP-752 (with fish section) or AGM-752 (with frozen food section) measure just 710mm x 820mm x 2,010mm and offer capacities of 280 litres in the two-shelf main sections and 250 litres in the three-drawer secondary compartments. Both have easy-to-use digital controllers and temperature read-outs and feature hygienic curved corners. For larger kitchens, Valera has designed the AGP-1003 gastronorm chiller with fish cabinet and the AGM-1003 chiller with frozen food compartment. These three-door cabinets hold up to 1,000 litres in the main section and 250 litres in the second. They have dimensions of 1,400mm x 820mm x 2,010mm and feature automatic defrost in the main cabinet and static evaporators with separate compressors and controllers in the second.
