Premium duck sausages from Silver Hill come in three varieties: duck and orange; duck, spring onion and ginger; and duck, garlic, chilli and ginger. The sausages are hand-produced from prime cuts of meat from duckling reared on Silver Hill's own farms. The company claims there is virtually no shrinkage in the cooking process which, for best results, is to thaw and shallow-fry gently for 20 minutes or grill for 20 minutes on a medium setting. They are available in packs of 6 x 500g.
