It gives instant warnings of any deviations in the process, such as operators removing food before it has reached the safe temperature, or failing to temperature-probe the food. The manager simply programmes the safe default temperature into the machine and each operator has to log into the system before using it.
If the user fails to insert the integrated temperature probe into the food at the end of the cook cycle, a warning is sent by text or eâ€'mail to the manager. Any break in the cook cycle is also recorded and immediately relayed to the manager.
