Early Bird organic muesli from Rude Health

Crispy and light Early Bird organic muesli is Rude Health's fourth organic muesli, joining No Nuts, No Flamin Raisins and The Ultimate varieties.

It contains jumbo oats, toasted oats, raisins, toasted spelt flakes, rye flakes, sultanas, barley flakes, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, apricots and sunflower seeds.

Early Bird is initially available in 520g packs while No Nuts muesli and the Ultimate muesli are also supplied in 1kg bags and 70g individual portion packs.

Rude Health also offers three types of porridge, including Daily Oats made from two types of oats (1kg), Morning Glory with oats, grains and seeds and Fruity Date (1kg/60g) with dates, apricots and apple.

Cereals are also available including Oat Puffs (200g), Rice Puffs (225g), Multi Flakes (400g), Spelt Flakes (300g) and Cornflakes. The organic, GM-free products contain no added sugar or salt, artificial flavours or preservatives.
