ECOFuel is an environmentally-friendly, high-performance chafing fuel that gives off no offensive odours. It is used by London hotels such as Brown's, Four Seasons and the Royal Garden.
Made from 100% biodegradable inert materials, it can be used safely with food and can be handled safely while in the warmer mode.
It combines the heat of a gel with the burn time of a wick, burning more cleanly and producing a wider plume than a wick and lasting longer than a gel because it does not burn down into the can.
ECOFuel will burn for up to four hours when cooking and up to six hours when warming. The temperature adjustment is made with the dual function lid.
