Use Place a flower in a Champagne flute, add some crimson syrup from the jar and top up with Champagne. The crown-shaped flower rises gently and adding more syrup gradates the Champagne from crimson to light pink. The flower is edible, packed with antioxidants, and imparts a subtle raspberry-rhubarb flavour.
