Eight savoury fillings from Brakes

Eight savoury fillings have been added to Brakes' chilled portfolio for caterers to serve in sandwiches and baked potatoes.
Chicken Tikka Mayonnaise Savoury Filling is strips of cooked chicken in a mild, spicy tikka mayonnaise. Tuna Mayonnaise Savoury Filling is made with a seasoned mayonnaise.
For a vegetarian option, Cheese and Onion Savoury Filling is made from Cheddar and mature white cheese mixed with chives.
All fillings are available in 1kg tubs, yielding 20 portions per tub.
