EKA counter cookers from Katermart

Two top-of-the range electric convection ovens from EKA to join the Katermart line-up are compact enough to perch on bar counters ready to bake croissants, sandwiches, pizzas and other breakfast snacks.
The smallest model, the KF412, offers a 25kg capacity within dimensions of 540mm wide x 450mm deep x 405mm high and a temperature range of 50-300°C. The oven, which comes with two trays, features an enamelled steel cooking compartment with interior light, two grills, two grippers, and four shelf positions.
As well as warming up pizzas and frozen foods, the slightly larger EKA KF620 is particularly suited to cooking brioches. The 590mm x 540mm x 595mm unit comes with four trays and a £549 RRP.
