The motor has a reverse switch which enables the user to free any trapped meat without dismantling the unit while the cutters and hopper are forged from 18/8 stainless steel and can be removed easily for cleaning and storage in the refrigerator.

A choice of two different diameter mincing plates varies the output from 70kg to 80kg per hour.
