Electric mincer and slicer from Rowlett Rutland

The British-built OMTS8 mincer from Rowlett Rutland is designed for smaller food service outlets and features a compact footprint of 180mm x 335mm x 335mm.

The motor has a reverse switch which enables the user to free any trapped meat without dismantling the unit while the cutters and hopper are forged from 18/8 stainless steel and can be removed easily for cleaning and storage in the refrigerator.

A choice of two different diameter mincing plates varies the output from 70kg to 80kg per hour.

Also launched is the 250SR gravity-belt driven electric slicer equipped with a built-in blade sharpener for uninterrupted use. The compact one-piece base structure has a stain-resistant anodised aluminium finish and is easy and quick to clean.

The slicer is manufactured in hollow ground tempered alloy steel and complies fully with all CE regulations. It features safety guards and a no-voltage release button and comes with a simple-to-use blade-removal tool. It has a 0.35hp motor, 250mm diameter blade that works at 300rpm and the cut thickness range is 0-16mm.
