Details Providing the perfect introduction to the increasingly popular sous vide method the two new baths are smaller than the existing Instanta SV models, holding 12 and 18 litres of water respectively. The units house powerful 2.25kw heaters for rapid initial heat-up, recovery times and regeneration and have an easy to read liquid crystal display on the front panel for both set and actual temperatures, as well as elapsed cooking time.
