Essential sponsors best performing student award at UWL

Essential Cuisine were proud to sponsor an award in association with The University of West London's (UWL) London School of Hospitality and Tourism for a young student with lots of promise and ambition.
The Essential Cuisine prize was awarded to Aimee Victoria Snowdon, as recognition of her achievement as a well performing student at the prestigious school.

The event also played host to awards given to some of the biggest names in the industry, included Heston Blumenthal, restaurateurs Jeremy King and Chris Corbin, Claridge's general manager Thomas Kochs, and Craft Guild of Chefs vice president Stephen Scuffell.
