The Authentic Food Company's Kids' range can be heated up by grilling or oven cooking (but not frying) and all products are free from nuts, artificial colours and preservatives. They are also low in salt and sugar.
Options in the frozen range include the chicken pakora and chicken tikka masaala dishes, with less spice added to suit children's developing palates.
Portion sizes have been tailored for children: the chicken tikka masaala is offered in 200g packs while the chicken pakora comes in 1kg bags containing 20 pieces.
