Lion International offers a range of ethnic sauces including Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce. The company's barbecue and chilli sauces - including American Smokey BBQ, Sticky BBQ, Hickory BBQ, Zesty Hot Sauce, Very Hot Chilli Sauce, Hot Piri-Piri and Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce - can be used either to marinate meat and vegetables or to brush on food during cooking. They can also be used as table sauces, for basting chicken legs, or for marinating a baby rack of pork as an alternative to traditional barbecue sauce. All the sauces are available in 2.27-litre plastic bottles and have a shelf life of nine to 19 months depending on the type of sauce.
