GreenComm Environmental has the European distribution rights for Eco Safe Digester technology, which allows waste food to be converted into water.

Last week Europe's first waste food to water waste Eco Digester machine was installed at the Athenaeum Hotel on Piccadilly.

GreenComm Environmental believes the Eco Digester machine will radicalise how food waste is treated and disposed of, with the water being fed back into the water system. The machine contains a ‘bio brain', which collates valuable data, analysing the amount of waste at any time on any day, allowing the restaurant/food venue to better manage its processes and boost efficiencies both in food use, menus and personnel allocation.
