British equipment manufacturer Falcon celebrate 200th anniversary

More than 120 friends and colleagues of British equipment manufacturer Falcon joined in the celebrations of their bicentennial on 21 November 2019, where guests and customers embarked on a trip down the Thames aboard Bateaux London.

Guests included some of the biggest names from both the operator and equipment supply sides of the foodservice industry, with national accounts personnel mixing with distributors, designers and consultants.

Falcon, managing director, Peter McAllister, (pictured below) commented onboard: "This is all about thanking some of the key organisations and individuals who have supported us down the years. Great relationships are such an important part of business success and the guests are from many of our closest business partners. Reaching such a milestone would not have been possible without the support of everyone that joined us today."

He added, "We have a fantastic team at Falcon who are developing innovative products. We've just launched our heavy-duty Dominator Plus range and we have a number of new products being launched in the new year, including a new induction range. As well as investing in new products, we're investing in new systems and processes. There are lots of exciting things coming from Falcon in the near future."
