The large-capacity roasting oven, which has a 160-litre capacity and five shelf positions, is topped by three high-power hotplates that cover the surface of the hob to give greater versatility.
Double doors provide easy access for up to 2/1 gastronorm trays and each has a glass-viewing panel that, in conjunction with the internal light, allows chefs to check on the progress of a meal without opening the doors and losing heat.
The oven has a stainless-steel finish.
