Made from stainless steel with black livery, the Italian-designed 700mm deep modular range of cooking equipment is designed to be flexible - gas hobs can be fitted as a run, as an island suite cantilever, or as stand-alone units, for example. Top-mounted options include gas and electric griddles, high-performance gas and electric fryers that take both single and twin baskets, electric chip shuttles and lava rock chargrills. The line-up includes a selection of ambient and refrigerated bases that combine drawers and cupboards as needed, base unit ovens, and six freestanding, stainless-steel fryers.
