FastBake technology has been added to the Lincoln Impinger range of ovens that will reduce baking times by up to 30% on items such as pizza and calzone without increasing the size of the equipment. It's an ideal solution for caterers who want to boost their output without investing in bigger ovens that cost more to run and take up valuable kitchen space. FastBake's patented airflow technology surrounds the food with hot air under pressure to increase the speed of heat transfer. The technology is also said to improve flavour retention and the overall quality of the bake. FastBake is being offered on the new Impinger 1400 Series and Low Profile 1600 Series conveyor ovens supplied by Enodis UK Food Service, but it can be fitted to existing Lincoln Impinger ovens.
