Lyons Seafoods has launched a Christmas menu which includes smoked salmon and asparagus timbales, salmon canapés and prawn and sun-dried tomato terrine.

The timbales have a cream-cheese base with smoked salmon and asparagus and are topped with Scottish smoked salmon, while the terrine combines sustainably farmed king prawns, sun-dried tomato pieces, soft cheese and a hint of lemon for a light meal or starter.

Hand-wrapped smoked salmon canapés come filled with a variety of soft cheese mousses including cucumber, paprika, chive and lemon.

The 70g timbales are packaged in trays of 12 with 16 trays to the case; the terrine comes in 120g portion sizes supplied in packs of four and sold as cases of 48, while the 150g canapés are presented in packs of four, with 12 packs to the case.
