Whites' Feta and Pesto Tartlet has been entered in the Vegetarian section of Caterer's Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2009.
A black olive and rosemary pastry hand finished tart with pesto sauce, cheddar and authentic feta cheeses, finished with a piece of feta. For a Mediterranean style starter in minutes serve with a balsamic glaze and rocket leaves.
