USP Named after the Aztec Goddess of Fire, Chantico is claimed to be one of the fieriest chilli cheeses on the market.
Details It is made from creamy cheddar with jalapeño and sweet chilli peppers, marjoram, basil, sage, parsley, thyme to produce a hot flavour with sweet overtones.
Fact The market for chilli cheeses is worth more than £6m and grew by 54% over the past two years.
